U Certification*

$950 (Colorado) $2,750 (non-Colorado) per request. RIG will work with the police, prosecutors, judges or other officials to obtain an I-918B U Visa Certification. Certifications are valid for six months.

*Note: If successful you will need to apply for the U within six months of the official's signature.

RIG will withdraw at the time of the USCIS's initial review or five years after the case receipt date, whichever is sooner, due to decades long backlogs for U visa decisions.
